Wisdom Wednesday XIII: "Everybody Loves Somebody"

Keeping in tune with the theme of this week, for my thirteenth Wisdom Wednesday, I am going to highlight one of the biggest things I have ever heard in my life. I am going to highlight the title of the song by Dean Martin, that I wrote my second Tune Tuesday about, and I will be including the song down below again, but rather than write the lyrics again, I am going to say what I think that this song means in real life.

Now a week and a half ago, I wrote about if should you tell people how you felt about them, and I really liked to write that one, but what I then thought about was this song, and maybe those other ones were not meant to be. It all comes back to this song, that maybe, my someone hasn't arrived yet, my someplace isn't here yet, my time has not come yet.

Now to be almost nineteen years old and to not have a girlfriend at this point in my life can be a little daunting and a little scary, but I guess it is all in due time you know. I hope that I am able to find my somebody soon! I have so much love to give someone, but not anyone to give it to!

I know what you're all saying. You're saying to relax and calm down, and that if I want to change things then I have to go an do it, and you couldn't be more right, but it would help if maybe she made the first move, maybe I am missing someone who is right in front of me, because I have been looking at other people. It is a possibility, but that is why this song is so important you know. Like he says in the last lines of the song, "Everybody Loves Somebody Sometime, and although my Dreams were overdue. You're Love made it well worth waiting, for Someone Like You!"

I feel that with what this particular line, and song in general states, it allows me sometimes to just breathe and to just relax and that I will eventually find that special someone, and that she will then come and make me a very happy person, and fulfill all of my hopes and dreams. Just listen to lyrics of this song, maybe sing along, and you'll realize how powerful this song truly is!

I think that this is one of the hardest things to do in life, is to find that somebody that loves you. But like the song says, as soon as you find that person, you'll be set for life. It may be the hardest thing to do in life, but it is also without a doubt, the most rewarding!

Hopefully, I am able to find someone to be my Valentine on Sunday... that would be pretty sweet!

Do you agree with what Dean Martin says in the song? Was this a good piece of wisdom to go and follow?
Peace and Love,
DGS
